Optimal hair length is about 1/4 inch (6mm) so wax can grip properly. If hair is longer, we may trim slightly before waxing. Too short hair may require waiting until it grows enough for effective removal.

Certain skin conditions, active infections, open wounds, recent surgery or use of retinoids may preclude waxing. Inform us of medications, allergies or medical concerns during booking so we can advise alternatives or request a doctor’s clearance.
