Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Tint & Brow Tint & Wax.

Tinted color typically lasts about four to six weeks depending on hair cycle, skin type, and products used. Waxing generally keeps brows neat for two to four weeks. Regular touch-ups maintain consistent color and shape for a polished look.

We use professional, skin-safe dyes and take a thorough consultation to check allergies. For sensitive skin, we perform a patch test and adjust formulas or techniques. If you're reactive, we'll recommend alternatives or skip tinting to ensure comfort and safety.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and brows. Avoid retinol or harsh exfoliants 48 hours before. If you recently had brow microblading, bring details. Inform us about medications or recent procedures so we can adapt treatment for safety and best results.

When applied professionally using quality products, tinting and waxing should not cause permanent damage. Tints coat the hair shaft and fade; waxing removes hair from the root. Proper aftercare and spacing appointments help keep hairs healthy and minimize stress.

Appointments typically take thirty to forty-five minutes depending on brow complexity and whether both lash and brow services are performed. A full consultation and patch test may add time for first-time clients. We'll always allow time to ensure precise, safe results.

We recommend avoiding eye makeup, heavy creams, or swimming for 24 hours to let tint set and waxing soothe. Light, non-irritating makeup may be applied after 24 hours. Follow aftercare guidance to prolong color and prevent irritation.
