Lash Tint can be safe for many sensitive clients and contact lens wearers when performed professionally. We recommend a patch test 24–48 hours prior, removing contacts during tinting, and notifying your technician of allergies or eye conditions to select suitable products.
Yes—generally you can have a Lash Tint after removing extensions, but wait at least 24–48 hours to allow any adhesive residue to be removed and lashes to recover. If irritation occurred during extensions, allow longer healing time and consult your technician.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes—no mascara, waterproof products, or oil-based cleansers for 24 hours. Avoid lash serums immediately before the appointment. If you have recent eye procedures, inform us. This ensures even dye uptake and reduces irritation risk.
Most clients experience no serious side effects; you may notice minor eyelid staining or slight temporary irritation. Allergic reactions are rare—patch testing reduces risk. Follow aftercare: keep lashes dry and avoid oils for 24 hours to protect the tint and minimize problems.
