Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Full Arms.

A typical Full Arms appointment takes about 30 to 45 minutes depending on hair density and prep time. New clients or those needing additional cleansing or post-care guidance may require slightly longer. We work efficiently while ensuring comfort and precision.

Exfoliate gently 48 hours before and avoid heavy moisturizers on appointment day. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long. Avoid retinoids or tanning and inform your esthetician about medications or skin sensitivities.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first sessions, but most clients find waxing tolerable. We use quick, precise technique, calming pre- and post-wax products, breathing tips, and can offer numbing aids on request to reduce sensitivity.

Results vary, but most clients enjoy smooth arms for three to six weeks. Hair growth cycle, hormones and individual genetics affect timing. Regular waxing often leads to finer regrowth and longer intervals between appointments.

If you have active eczema, open sores, or irritated skin we advise against waxing until healed. For sensitive skin, patch tests, gentle products and experienced technique can often make waxing safe—consult during booking so we can tailor care.

Avoid heat, sweating, hot baths, and sun exposure for 24-48 hours. Apply calming aloe or recommended soothing lotion, exfoliate gently after 72 hours, and schedule touch-ups every 3–6 weeks for optimal, comfortable results.
