Typically 3–6 weeks depending on individual hair growth, skin type and hair thickness. Regular waxing often leads to finer regrowth over time. Avoid shaving between appointments to maintain results and schedule follow-ups based on personal regrowth patterns.
Most clients experience brief discomfort during removal but not prolonged pain. We use gentle wax, calming pre- and post-care, and trained techniques to minimize irritation. Discuss sensitivity or medications during booking for tailored care and patch testing if needed.
Allow hair to be about quarter-inch long (7–10 days growth). Avoid exfoliating or waxing-sensitive products 24–48 hours prior. Come with clean, deodorant-free underarms and no makeup on the lip/chin area for best results.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy sweating and exfoliation for 24–48 hours. Apply the provided soothing lotion or aloe to reduce redness. Wear loose clothing and avoid deodorants with harsh chemicals immediately after waxing to prevent irritation.
Waxing removes hair from the root and can reduce density and slow regrowth over time, but it is not guaranteed permanent. Consistent waxing may thin hair and make it less noticeable; electrolysis is required for permanent removal.
Yes—recent sunburn, open wounds, active infections, recent chemical peels or retinoid use can contra-indicate waxing. Inform us about medications, skin conditions or pregnancy so we can advise alternatives or patch tests to keep you safe.
