Avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming, and heavy exercise for 24-48 hours to reduce irritation. Keep the area clean, wear breathable clothing, and skip harsh products immediately after. Gentle exfoliation and moisturizing can begin 48-72 hours later to help prevent ingrown hairs.
