Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Brazilian brow tint and wax.

Results vary by hair growth and care, but tint typically lasts 2–6 weeks while wax keeps brows neat for 3–4 weeks. Combined service often maintains a defined look for up to four weeks; touch-ups recommended as needed.

We perform a patch test 24–48 hours before tinting to check for reactions. When appropriate we use professional, low-allergen tints and can recommend alternatives if you have known sensitivities or a history of dye reactions.

Some mild discomfort is normal during waxing, but we use quick, precise techniques to minimize pain. Applying a soothing balm and following aftercare reduces irritation—let us know if you need extra care or topical numbing.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows and avoid exfoliating or using retinol products for 48–72 hours. Hair should be about a quarter-inch long for effective wax removal; mention medications that increase sensitivity.

Tinting and waxing are generally safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but we recommend a patch test and consulting your healthcare provider if concerned. We avoid harsh chemicals and will tailor choices for comfort and safety.

Plan for approximately 30–45 minutes including consultation and aftercare advice. First-time clients may need extra time for mapping and patch tests; regular clients often complete the combo quickly within the standard timeframe.
