Typical appointments take 30 to 45 minutes, depending on hair density and brow shaping needs. New clients or extensive shaping may take longer; we recommend arriving a few minutes early for consultation and comfort.

Discomfort varies by sensitivity; many clients report brief stinging during Brazilian waxing and mild pulling during brow shaping. Our technicians use pre-wax numbing options, calming techniques and gentle wax to minimize pain and speed recovery.

Exfoliate gently 48 hours before and avoid heavy moisturizers or oils on the day. Trim long hair if needed to about quarter inch, and arrive clean to ensure a quick, effective waxing session.

For effective removal, hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). Shorter hair may reduce wax grip and require regrowth before treatment.

Most clients return every 4 to 6 weeks for Brazilian waxing and every 3 to 4 weeks for eyebrow maintenance. Individual hair growth varies; your technician will recommend a personalized schedule for optimal results.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts and tanning for 24-48 hours. Keep the area clean, use recommended soothing gels, avoid exfoliation for 48 hours, and wear breathable clothing to prevent irritation.
